In our June 10th You’re MarketingKind gathering we will explore with Dr Victoria Hurth, author of Beyond Profit, speaker, consultant and Fellow of the University of Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership (CISL), how purpose-driven leadership can create a wellbeing economy.

Victoria is an Independent Pracademic, supporting the world to develop its consensus on what we really value and how we can govern our economy, organisations and selves to drive and protect that value in practice.

She is a regular global keynote speaker, an independent consultant and a longstanding Fellow of CISL. She is Project Leader of the first international standard in Purpose-Driven Organisations (ISO37011). and has over 25 years’ global experience in organisational transformation - previously working for 3M and Accenture and developing cutting edge theory as an Associate Professor of Sustainable Business and Marketing.

Victoria also holds roles as a Non-Executive Director of Soil Association Certification Ltd and governance advisor for Planet Mark and an Academic Lead for Common Ground Research Networks. Previously, she supported the UN on SDG 12.6.1 (sustainability reporting) methodology, co-led development of the first international standard in Governance of Organisations (ISO 37000), was Technical Author for the first national standard in Purpose-Driven Organisations (PAS 808) and advised SACE (Italy’s national export credit agency).
