In our April Digital Fireside we will interview Martin Gutmann, author of The Unseen Leader, to explore why we often celebrate the wrong leaders and how history can help us rethink good leadership.

Martin is a globally recognized authority on leadership, technology, and complexity. His writing and commentary has appeared in outlets such as the New York Times, the Chicago Tribune, Monocle,  Forbes, Big Think, Fast Company, Inc., and Business Insider. His TED talk “Why do we celebrate incompetent leaders” became the most-watched leadership TED talk of 2024 with over 2 million views. He has published five books, including his international bestseller The Unseen Leader. When he is not speaking and writing, he is a Professor of Management at the Lucerne School of Business and ETH Zurich, both in Switzerland.
