You're MarketingKind with Richard Wain on scripting a better tomorrow

In our November 28th You’re MarketingKind Richard Wain, founder of Vu Online, will lead a discussion on how we can script a better tomorrow. Richard has recently published a book of poetry called Beyond the Brink is the Beginning as part of his own journey of scripting a better tomorrow.

Richard is the founder of marketing agency Vu Online, a (very soon to be) B-Corp boutique agency with a mission to nurture and connect sustainable, thriving business communities in the South West. As co-founder of the Positive Nature Network, Richard helps individuals and organisations connect with nature and share knowledge so that they are better equipped to face the mounting polycrisis. He is also a poet whose work asks us to connect with something deeper, to see the threads of our interdependent world with fresh eyes and to discover our own role as weavers of a better tomorrow.

Richard's poetry has been described as riveting in its simple complexity, resplendent and inspirational. His work is respected by authors and activists from Manda Scott to Jeremy Lent. As a member of the Thrutopia writing collective, Richard has made it his purpose to write stories and poetry that help us imagine a path through to a brighter future. His first book, Beyond the Brink is the Beginning, explores how it might feel to walk together along the elusive path from unravelling and existential crisis to re-connection and thriving.

If you’re not yet a member of MarketingKind and you would like to join to attend this gathering you can sign up for our 30-day free trial membership by completing your application here.
